Requests for Determination of Applicability
Geraldine P. Dugan requests determinations as to whether the area and/or activities within 100 feet of inland
wetlands -trimming by a private contractor of vegetation below electric/telephone wires and removing trees and
vegetation below said wires at a width of ten (10) feet -are subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and/or
Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law - on 140 Swamp Road. Assessors' Map 18. Parcel 22-3.
Highland Homeowners' Association requests determinations as to whether the work -removing twenty-four (24)
locust trees; some within 50 feet of an inland bank/bordering Vegetated Wetland to Seymour Pond and replacement
with six trees and two shrubs -are subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and/or Brewster Wetlands Protection

(Continued Hearing from September 15, 20091 Robert B. and Carol Ann Marash propose to construct seasonal

Sea Pines Condominium Association proposes to prune vegetation for vista purpose and implement along-term
Invasive Vegetation Management Plan with the goal of increasing plant diversity, stabilizing the Coastal Bank and
