RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE JASPER AVE WATERMAIN EXTENSION
R a PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IA.
., WHEREAS, on this 25th day of September, 2013, Plans, Specifications and Form of
Contract were filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the Jasper Ave Watermain
Extension Project within the City of Tiffin.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract was
published as required by law, now.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, that the said plans, specifications
and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.
