BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of Watertown hereby approves the transfer of
funds in the amount of$354,000 from the Fiscal Year 2023 Various Departmental
Electricity and Gas Accounts to the Fiscal Year 2023 ESCO Capital Stabilization Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That a copy of said transfer is forwarded to the City Auditor
and City Treasurer/Collector.
