RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSEI) SESSION
WI1EREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 23 1 P.L 1975,
l)eunits tile exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and
Wll ERLAS, this public body is of tile opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Je: sey, as Follows:
1. The public shall be excluded flora attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
