Request for Determination of Applicability:
Cape and Vinyard Electric Coop -Margaret Downey, requests the Conservation Commission determine
whether the area depicted on plans submitted is an area subject to the jurisdiction of the Wetlands
Protection Act - on Assessors' Map 46, Parcel 41.
Notices of Intent:
