A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
TO SIGN THE PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE -PART 3
'Whereas, The City recognizes that public access easements are beneficial to the City
and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign the Public Access Easement LL
for Woodfield Ridge -Part 3.
On the 25th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,.
Iowa; Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-1787, A'RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN THE
PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE -PART 3 and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-178, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN THE PUBLIC ACCESS
EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE -PART 3 to be adopted and signified his
,approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 25th day of September, 2013.
