AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF UNi'fED CARTERET HEBREW SCHOOL
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE YEAR 1996-1997
WHEREAS, the United Carteret Hebrew School, Inc. has made the
proper application for the renewal of their lease for premises
known as Lots 533 and 534, in Block 176 on the Tax Map of the
Borough of Carteret, for the Year 1996~1997; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the annual rental fee of one
dollar ($1.00) and has filed proof of liability insurance
coverage as specified in the original Lease Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ~at the Mayor
and the Municipal Clerk be and are hereby authorized and direc-
ted to execute the Lease Agreement for the Tem of One (1) Year,
from May 1, 1996 to May 1, 1997.
Adopted the 18th day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 1996.
