WHEREAS, the following residents have requested Handicapped Parking spaces:
Lauren Zumpetta 128 Jackson Avenue
Arlene Sitar 100 Roosevelt Avenue U-9
(Union Street)
WtlEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety
Bureau for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no
objections to the approval of said Handicapped Parking spaces;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that Handicapped Parking spaces shall be
designated at the following residences:
128 Jackson Avenue
100 Roosevelt Avenue U-9 (Union Street)
Adopted this 18th day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 1996.
