RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING
PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, there is a current opening on Planning & Zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements; and
THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City Council is appointing Allen Moore to the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
On this30th day of October 2013 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Bartels
introduced RESOLUTION 2013-185`RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING &
ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was
seconded by Council person Kahler.
AYES: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels
NAYS: Phillips, Upton
ABSENT: none
WHEREUPON, with three votes for approval, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2013-185 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed, and approved this 30th day of October 2013.
