Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:04 p.m.

City Attorney Vail reported that the City Council met in closed session and
received updates for Closed Session Items 4A and 4B. There are no
reportable actions. City Council will reconvene to discuss Closed Session
Item 4C after the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m.
City Council reconvened to the Special City Council meeting at 9:22 p.m.
with all Councilmembers present except Mayor Pro Tem Chavez. Mayor
Pro Tem Chavez recused himself from the discussion of Closed Session
Item 4C due to potential conflict of interest.
City Council recessed to the Closed Session at 9:22 p.m.
City Council reconvened at 10:40 p.m. with all Councilmembers present.
City Attorney Vail reported that the City Council met in closed session and
received updates for Closed Session Items 4C. City Council gave direction
to the labor negotiation team. No reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
