PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WltEREAS, Block 13.1, Lot 1, assessed to Walter Chamra for property located
:t 2 Clauss Street was assessed $144,500.00 for 1995; and
Xt,.HEREAS, the Borough ofCarteret reassessed properties in 1996; and
k~ll EREAS, the Tax Assessor did not properly record the new assessed value of
$ I-4!,80000 for 1996, and upon discovery, the Tax Assessor recommends that the
: ,,,::s be adjusted accordingly.
'~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of
( e~ne:'et, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel the
1990 taxes in the amount of $117.66.

and certified as a tree copy of the
