1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember— Yu, Chavez, Blum
ABSENT: Councilmember — Sternquist, Vizcarra
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, and City Clerk
Kuo
Mayor Blum made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist and Vizcarra
for cause and seconded by Councilmember Yu.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:03 p.m.
A. Purpose: Anticipated Litigation
Potential Cases: One (1)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(b)
Representatives: City Attorney
City Council reconvened at 6:43 p.m. with all three Councilmembers present.
City Attorney Vail reported that the City Council met in closed session and
received a briefing from special counsel for Closed Session Item. There is no
reportable action.
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
