Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:06 p.m.
A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation

Mayor Pro Tem Chavez recused himself from Closed Session item 4.B.
B. Purpose: Conference with Labor Negotiator
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Representative: Special Legal Counsel and Administrative

Employee Organization: Temple City Employee Association
City Council reconvened at 7:28 p.m. with all Councilmembers present.
Mayor Blum reported that the City Council met in closed session regarding
Closed Session Item 4A and gave directions to the City Manager. There is
no reportable action.
