AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO ANNEXING
THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 503 KRAHN LANE INTO THE CITY OF MCCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO; ZONING THE SAME CC— COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL; AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ALTER THE USE AND AREA MAP
ACCORDINGLY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1: The the following described real property located at 503 Krahn Lane, and
all thereof, be, and the same is hereby, ANNEXED and made a part of the City of McCall, Idaho.
The real property hereby annexed is described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land situate in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 3
East, Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 1 /4 corner common to Sections 16 and 21, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho;
Thence, S. 89° 26' 28" E. 640.67 feet along the northerly boundary of said Section
21 to the easterly right of way of state highway 55, the real POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence, continuing S. 89° 26' 28" E., 208.50 feet along said northerly boundary;
Thence, S. 16° 45' 59" E., 208.50 feet;
Thence, N. 89° 26' 28" W., 208.50 feet to said easterly right of way;
Thence, N. 16° 45' 59" W., 208.50 feet along said easterly right of way to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 2: That the real property so annexed and described in Section 1 is hereby
ZONED CC— COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL.
Section 3: That this annexation and zone Ordinance is subject to and limited by that
certain Development Agreement entered into between the parties.
Section 4: That the City Engineer is hereby directed to alter and change the Use and
Area Map of the City of McCall, Idaho, to comply with this Ordinance.

PASSED BY THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO ANNEXING
THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 503 KRAHN LANE INTO THE CITY OF MCCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO; ZONING THE SAME CC— COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL; AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ALTER THE USE AND AREA MAP
ACCORDINGLY.
The principal provisions of the Ordinance:
• Expand the city limits of the City of McCall, Idaho, to include the real property known as
503 Krahn Lane more particularly described as:
A parcel of land situate in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 3
East, Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 1/4 corner common to Sections 16 and 21, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho;
Thence, S. 89° 26' 28" E. 640.67 feet along the northerly boundary of said Section 21

That the effective date of the Ordinance is upon its passage and publication as required by law.

journal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that I am
statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. 955 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed
at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on February 23, 2017
and duly recorded in my office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance
with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting and
that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper
manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and
