A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONNOR, EDWARDS AND
HIGH DEVELOPMENT EASEMENTS
Whereas, The City recognizes that we need to get Easements signed for the water line
installation to Jasper Avenue and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the residential home
owners have requested each two 1" stub with 1 stub (including installation of the
waterline to the home and the other stub being capped) to their property, a farm -quality
hydrant and the equivalent of one calendar year of water only service for each of the
two properties and the High Development easement approvals;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the CONNOR, EDWARDS AND HIGH DEVELOPMENT Easement Agreements.
On the 30th day of October, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2013-189, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE CONNOR, EDWARDS AND HIGH DEVELOPMENT EASEMENTS
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-189, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
CONNOR, EDWARDS AND HIGH DEVELOPMENT EASEMENTS to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 30th day of October, 2013.
