AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY TO
ROBERT & LINDA MCMICKLE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in possession ora parcel of land contiguous to Block 14,
Lot 12 fronting on Clauss Street; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret pursuant to N J.S.A 40A: 12-13b(5) is desirous of selling
said property more accurately relative in the survey attached hereto; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby authorizes the
sale of the aforementioned property to Robert and Linda McMickle at a fair market rate of two
hundred and fifty dollars ($25000) pursuant to NJ.SA 40A: 12-13b(5);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute all documents to effect transfer of said property
Adopted this 18th day of July 1996 and
certified as a tree copy of the original
on July 19, 1996.
