RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIAN O'GOI~R TO THE
POSITION OF PROVISIONAL FIRE SUPIlllNI'~NI)I~IT
WttEREAS. there is a need for a Provisional Fire Superintendent
itt the Fire Department of the Borough of Carteret~ and
WIt~REAS, Brian O'Connor has been serving as Acting Superinten-
dent; and
WttI~,EAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret
to make an appointment to said vacancy.
NOW, ~RE~ BE IT AND iT IS HI~II~YRESOLVI~)~ by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Fzre
-- Superintendent, effective immediately.
