CONCIITA H. ALVAREZ, Village Clerk of the Village of Key Biscayne, Florida (the
"VVilage"), DOES HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:
The following are now, and have been continuously since the dates of beginning of their
respective terms shown below, and in particular on September 8, 2009 and on October 27, 2009,
respectively, the dates on which both the Ordinance No. 2009-10 (the "Ordinance") and
Resolution No. 2009-25 (the "Resolution," and collectively with the Ordinance, the "Bond
Ordinance") authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $1,200,000 Village of Key Biscayne,
Florida, Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 (the "Bonds"), were adopted, the duly
elected, qualified and acting members of the Council, and the dates of the beginning and ending
of their respective terms are hereunder correctly designated opposite their names.
