AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT - JOHNNY ON THE SPOT, INC.
VS. BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Borouqh of Carteret has been a defendant in the matter
of Johnny on the Spot, Inc. vs Borough of Carteret, Docket No. DC-
002362-96; and
WHEREAS, the parties have come to an amicable resolution of the
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby authorize settlement in the amount
of eleven-hundred dollars ($1,100.00).
Adopted this 18th day of July 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
oriqinal on July 19, 1996.
