WHEREAS, the Negotiating Committee of the Governing Body
of the Borough of Carteret and AFSCME Local #3850 have
negotiated a Collective Bargaining Agreement for 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret hereby ratify the terms and
conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for 1996
with AFSCME Local #3850.
Adopted this 18th day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 197 1996.
