A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 THE ADDITION OF
BRICK FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,901
Whereas, The City recognizes that there are some credits available due to
modifications and changes to the design of City Hall and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that combined with these
credits the alternate of adding additional brick half way up 3 sides of the building and all
four corners can be added for a small increase of only $5,901;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
change order #1 for the additional of brick for City Hall.
On the 13th day of November, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-201, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 THE ADDITION OF BRICK FOR CITY HALL IN
THE AMOUNT OF $5,901 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none
Absent: Phillips
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-201, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE
ORDER #1 THE ADDITION OF BRICK FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,901
to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 13th day of November, 2013.
