WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-307, the Borough of
Carteret approved the sale of Block 176 Lot 30 to Razzano
Construction, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, title searches have revealed that said lot
contained a sewer easement ~ich makes building permanent
structures impossible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret hereby rescinds Resolution
#95-307 as it relates to Block 176 Lot 30 and authorizes
the return of all deposit funds.
Adopted this 18th day of Ouly, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 1996.
