ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Glen Costales, Jim Branch, Mark Schreiber, Carlos Graham, Rick
Mihalevich.
Staff present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell, Mark Comley, Jayme Abbott
Others Present: Bob Watson
Meeting came to order at 5:31 p.m., the minutes were approved with a motion by Councilman
Costales and seconded by Councilman Mihalevich. The motion passed 5-0.
Appointment Review:
Presented by Gail Strope. The committee reviewed the recommendations by Mayor Carrie
Tergin. A motion was made by Councilperson Mihalevich to approve the following persons for
recommendations to the full council and seconded by Councilman Schreiber. The motion passed
5-0.

There being no further business, Councilman Mihalevich made a motion to adjourn which was
seconded by Schreiber. A motion to pass was 5-0 the meeting ended at 5:36 p.m.
