WHEREAS, the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks is a non-profit
organization located within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHERKa~, said organization has applied for certain permits to allow for
improvement to the facility located at 233 Roosevelt Avenue; aud
~IIEAS, in recognition of their charitable deeds and intended mission,
the Borough wishes to further same;
NOW, ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret do hereby waive all permit fees required for said
construction.
Adopted this 18th day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 19, 1996.
