P.L. 1975, permits the exclus{ou of the public from a meeting in certaiu
circumstances; and
~II.]tEAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstauces
presently exist;
NOW, ~HFi~EFORE, BE IT R~iSOLVI~) by the Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, Couuty of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as
follows:
1. 'lhe public shall be excluded from attending, discussing or
participating ill tile hereinafter specified subject ,mtters.
2. 'llle general nature of the subject .rotter to be discussed is as
follows:
Litigation and Personnel Matters
3. It is auticipated at this time that the above stated subject
matter will be made public
Upon the conclusion of the matte.rs.
4. 2his resolution shall take effect inmediately.
