AUTHOP~IZING PURCHASING AG~qT TO RE-ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR DIESEL
WHEREAS, the current contract for supplying the Borough of Carteret
with Dieselwill expire; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of
the Borough of Carteret to Bid for Diesel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Purchasing Agent for
the Borough is hereby authorized and directed to re-advertise for
receiving sealed Bids for Diesel.
Adopted this 22nd day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 23, 1996~
