Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, Jim Reynolds, Andrew Petty
and Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director
Hunter Bennett-Dagget-Engineer for Pleasant Bay H & LCenter-annual report
David Bennett was in attendance for this issue. He told the Board that Mr. Bennett-Dagget was no
longer with the company.
Motion: AP-remove DG3 contingent on the CCC agreement. DB seconded. 4 yes.
2. Scott Schlesinger-Engineer for Epoch-annual report
No one showed up for this one. Follow up on this.
3. Peter Silberman-Engineer for Ocean Edge-annual report
Steve Silver from Coler & Colantonio was present.
Noted.
4. Update on Health Director's FY10 objectives for mid year review
NI and JH will meet in March to go over this.
5. Discuss floor drains at the Captains Course
This is actually a stormwater drainage system and it does need to be registered.
6. Discuss Floor Drain regulations
The Board is going to watch and see what Orleans does.
7. Discuss letter from NSTAR re: herbicide application
JH asked David Bennett about the letter he drafted from the WQRC to the Selectmen
8. Discuss Planning Board application for Brewster Fish House
The Board approved the plan for 50 seats.
