US OFFICE OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING TUESDAY, MARCH 16, 2010 AT 7:OOPM TOWN HALL, ROOM A Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Senior Dept. Assistant. J.C. Ellis-continued variance request for 0 Primrose Cartway JE let the Board know that ownership had gone back to the original owner but there is still a lien on the property by the Town. Mike Reddish, abutter, questioned JE about what would happen to his lot. JE stated that the variance request should have no direct impact on his lot. The following variances are being requested: 1. To allow the SAS to be within 300 feet of Smalls Pond. 2. To allow existing septic systems to be in the zone of contribution of the proposed well. Motion: DB-grant variance requests with deed restriction. JR seconded. 4 yes. 2. Discuss email from Robert Bersin re: Great Fields Road gravel pit The Board agreed that unless there is digging going on, he doesn't need a Sand & Gravel permit 3, Nomination of Inspector of Animals Motion: JF-nominate Sherrie McCullough as Barn Inspector and Lynda Brogden-Burns as Animal Inspector. DB seconded. 4 yes. There was discussion at this point about the Fuel Storage Regulations. Bills to be paid: DB-pay bills. JR seconded. 4 yes. 1. NEIWPCC 2, MHOA 3, W.B. Mason 4. VNA Informational items: renewal $60.00 registration $25.00 office supplies $104.99 Feb expenses $1435.00 I , Brochure on Health Related Permit Requirements from DEP 2. Monthly report from Ocean Edge 3, 2009 Solid Waste Facility Report for Cape Sand & Recycling There was discussion on Cape Sand & Recycling.
