REJECTING & AUTHORIZING RE-ADVERTIS~V~!NT
OF BIDS - FUEL OIL
WHEREAS, Bids for Fuel Oil were advertised to be received on
July 18, 1996; and
WHEREAS, one (1) bid was received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby rejects said bid
and does hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-advertise
for Bids for Fuel Oil.
Adopted the 22nd day of July, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JULY 23, 1996.
