BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING

Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson, Andrew Petty and
Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director.
1. Crawford-186 Gulls Way-variance request to keep septic system less than 300 feet from pond
Motion: JR-grant variance request. DB seconded. 5 yes.
2. Grover-Sand & Gravel Permit
Doug Grover told the Board that Jay Merchant was purchasing the property. The Board stated that Jay Merchant would
need to obtain the permit. The Board asked NI to bring a copy of the plan for Lots 30, 31 & 32 and part of 36 (industrial
site) to the next meeting.
Dan Brightman-modification of application-The Green Grocer of Cape Cod
DB excused himself from this hearing as he was the applicant.
DB is seeking to change from a Retail food permit to a Food Service permit.
Motion: KJ-approve request for Food Service permit. AP seconded. 4 yes
