Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson, Lem Skidmore and
Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director.
1. Reorganization of the Board-
Motion: JR-nominate DB for Chairman. KJ seconded. 5 yes.
JH-nominate KJ for Vice Chairman. JR seconded. 5 yes.
All representation for committees will stay the same with the exception of LS who will be the CWPC rep.
2. VNA/Town of Brewster contract to sign for FY 2011
Motion: JH-approve and sign contract. JR seconded. 5 yes.
3. COPD-Bayside Seafood
DB excused himself from this.
Noted.
4. Definitive Subdivision-Map 42, Parcels 66 & 67
Noted.
Bills to be paid:
Nancy Ellis Ice meeting expense
Informational items:
1. Letter from BEA regarding Ocean Edge limited removal action completion statement
2. Letter from Cape Cod Extension re: unwanted medication disposal

It was noted that Jay Merchant had purchased the property from the Grovers
