BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING

Present: Keith Johnson, Vice Chairman, Joanne Hughes, James Reynolds, Lem Skidmore and Nancy Ellis Ice, Health
Director.
1. Cape Cod Engineering-variance request for 112 Governor Prence Road
The following variances were being sought by Robert Perry:
1. To allow the SAS to be 6 feet from the garage slab
2. To allow the SAS to be 6 feet from the street side property line
3. To allow the reserve area to be 7 feet from the street side property line
Motion: JH-grant variances as requested. JR seconded. 4 yes. Environmentally Sensitive Area restrictions apply.
2. Cape Cod Engineering-variance request for 183 Satucket Road
There was lengthy discussion on this request. The floor plan shows 9 rooms which would make it a 4 bedroom home.
The septic system is only designed for 3 bedrooms. Robert Perry discussed with the Board his reasoning for keeping the
existing Septic system for the addition. There was no motion made.
3. J.M. O'Reilly-variance request for 74 Skippers Way
Keith Fernandez represented the homeowners. The following variances were be sought:
1. To allow the SAS to be 11 feet from the cellar wall
2. To allow the SAS to be 6 feet from the west property line
3. To allow the SAS to be 5 feet from the south property line
Motion: JH-grant variances as requested. JR seconded. 4 yes.
4. Fred and Kathleen Budreski-80 Gulls Way-variance request: distance to pond
Motion: JR-grant variance request. LS seconded. 4 yes.
5. Ed Kassman-152 Canoe Pond Road-variance request: distance to pond
Motion: JR-grant variance request. LS seconded. 4 yes.
6. Rick Judd-537 Crowells Bog Road-variance request: distance to pond
Motion: JH-grant variance request. JR seconded. 4 yes.

The Board discussed this and agreed that they would uphold the regulations as stated.
