Bass River Engineering-variance request for 157 Owl Pond Road Tom McLellan did not show for the meeting. The Board agreed to review it anyway. The following variances were requested: 1. To allow the proposed SAS to be less than 300 feet to the edge of Wild pond. 2. To allow the proposed SAS to be more than 3 feet below grade. The Board has no issues with these variances. Motion: JR-approve variances as request with Environmentally Sensitive Area conditions applying. JH seconded. 5 Yes. 2. Hollister Siegmund-testing at 160 Old Red Top Road Mr. Siegmund was unable to attend this meeting. This was before the Board for failure to do the required DEP testing of the alternative system at this address. NI told the Board that she had spoken to Sue Rask about this issue and she said she would contact DEP. NI stated that she had not heard back from Ms. Rask yet. The Board asked that NI contact Ms. Rask again and that Mr. Siegmund be invited back to the next regularly scheduled meeting to discuss this matter. 3. Sue Rask-discussion about Carmody Program NI told the Board that she hadn't heard back from Ms. Rask and didn't believe that she would be coming to this meeting. 4. Quail Acres Homeowners Association-failure to test semi-public beach This was before the Board because the water at their beach is not being tested. The Board stated that the beach needs to be posted closed to swimming until they start testing the water. Andrea Harrison-failure to upgrade septic system The Board discussed this issue and decided that if no progress is made with regards to the upgrade of the septic system in one month, than she will incur a daily fine. 6. Robert Roark/Anita Winstanley-19 Chickadee Lane-failure to upgrade septic system NI let the Board know that they had been given information on the County Loan Program. Andrew Hossfeld-306 Blueberry Pond Road-appeal Health Director's decision Mr. Hossfeld did not show for the meeting. The Board agreed to postpone it until the next regularly scheduled meeting. 8. Diana Delano-98 Ebenezer Lane-failure to upgrade septic system Ms. Delano could not make the meeting. She did speak with NI and told her that she did apply to the County Loan Program. However, when a call was made to the director of that program they stated they had no record of an application from Ms. Delano. Motion: JH-give her until August 1, 2010 to apply. If she does not, weekly fines will start the next day. JR seconded. 5 yes. 9. Bob Hurst-348 Freeman's Way-failure to replace oil tank This oil tank was supposed to have been replace by June 1, 2010. No record of that being done was found at the Fire Department. Motion: JH-oil tank must be replaced by August 1, 2010 or he will be fined $100 per week until it is done. JR seconded. 5 yes. 10. Minutes from 4/20/2010 Motion: JH-accept minutes as written. w seconded. 5 yes. 11. Minutes from 5/11/2010 Motion: JH-accept minutes as written. KJ seconded. 5 yes. 12. Minutes from 5/25/2010 Motion: JH- accept minutes as written. KJ seconded. 5 yes. 13. Minutes from 6/1/2010 Motion: JH -accept minutes as written. JR seconded. 5 yes. 14. Planning Board application for 4053 Main Street Noted. 15. Planning Board application for 239 Underpass Road Noted. 16. Health Director's Annual Review JH will do the review. The Board thought that from now on, the outgoing Chairman should do the review. 17. Signatures for stamp Board signed. 7/6/2010 Minutes Page 3 Documents to be signed: 1. CCR compliance reporting from Water Department Add on's JH spoke about the WQRC meeting and the Daniels property. The Board discussed the site assignment and whether or not they should revisit it.
