Due to an error, the following agenda items were not discussed at this meeting: 1. Hollister Siegmund-discuss non-compliance with DEP Regulations for 160 Old Red Top Road 2. Desmond Well Drilling-well variance request for 73 Hamilton Cartway 3. Joseph Mashnick-1425 Main Street-failure to replace oil tank 4. Josephine Brown-35 Tupelo Drive-failure to replace oil tank 5. Residential Funding-148 Old Chatham Road- failure to replace oil tank 6. Francis & Jean Leidenfrost-111 South Orleans Road-failure to replace oil tank 7. Frederick & Vicki Daniels-67 Swamp Road-failure to replace oil tank They will all be on the August 3, 2010 agenda. 2. Application for alternative septic system at 306 Blueberry Pond Drive Dan Speakman was present. He is proposing to install a Presby system. This type of system is not required to have testing done, just a yearly inspection. NI told the Board that test holes must be dug at the time of installation of the system. Motion: JH-approve the application for the alternative septic system. JR seconded. 4 yes. 3. Discuss Paul Daniels site assignment on Freeman's Way NI stated that this had been put on the agenda so the Board could discuss if they want to move forward with modifying the site assignment. There was discussion about this business not being a "stump dump" operation but that is was more of a wood waste reclamation business. The Board thought it would be best to get all the information from DEP regarding this site and ask Mr. Daniels to come into the next meeting to discuss what his futures plans were for this site. Bills to be paid: JR-pay bills. JH seconded. 4 yes. CCI Engraving stamp $31.95 Informational Items: 1. Monthly report for Ocean Edge 2. Monthly report for Epoch 3. Monthly report for Pleasant Bay Health & Living Center 4. Assistant Health Directors monthly reports for April, May & June 5. Letter from DEP to Patriots Trail Girl Scout camp 6.
