July 18, 1996; and
WHEREAS, one (1) bid was received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS H~IIEBYRESOLVED that the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby rejects said bid
and does hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-advertise
for Bids for Gasoline.

and certified as a true copy of the
