NI told the Board that this septic system is in severe failure. The property has a well on it and there is only 38,000sf of land. It is a restricted lot and the room count is 7, which makes it a four bedroom home according to the BOH bedroom definition. NI suggested that a 3 bedroom deed restriction be required for the lot. The Board was ok with this. They asked that NI check with DEP regarding the basement room to see if they would count that as a bedroom. The Board agreed that there would be no meeting on December 21, 2010. Meeting adjourned at 7:30PM ~- ~~ ,.: ~,, a~, ,_. ,,, ._, ~:: ;,, :~. ,_~ ,~ , _.. ,.. , ... ~~:! ;=~~ _,a :::r i
