RESOLUTION NO: 2013-125
A RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING NEUZILTO CREATE SITE
PREPARATION AND COMPACTION NOT TO EXCEED $7,500
Whereas, The City recognizes that certain preparations need to happen at the location
of Ireland and Railroad and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the most affordable bid to
do proper site preparation"and compaction was quoted not to exceed $7,500;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
City Hall site preparations.
On the 26th day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin; Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2013=125, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING HIRING NEUZIL TO CREATE.SITE PREPARATION AND
COMPACTION NOT TO EXCEED $7,500 and made a motion for approval. Motion'
seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Bartels, Ryan, Kahler ,
Nays: Phillips, Upton
Absent: None
Whereupon three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-125, A RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING
NEUZIL TO CREATE SITE PREPARATION AND COMPACTION NOT.TO EXCEED
$7,500 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature m
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on. the 26th day of June, 2013.
