WHEREAS, Bids for 35 Junk Vehicles were authorized by Resolution
#96-163 on June 6, 1996; and
WHEREAS, Bids which were received on July 18, 1996 are as follows:

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to
award said bid.

Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Bid for Thirty-Five
(35) Junk Vehicles is hereby awarded to
