Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:28 PM. Commissioner Carolyn Trino was absent.
Approval of Minutes
Past LOT Commission Chair Lisa Wood moved to approve the June 8th, 2016 minutes.
Commissioner Snodgrass first moved the motion and Commissioner Eimers second the motion.
In a voice vote all commissioners voted aye.
Presentation of Sewer by City Manager Nathan Coyle
City Manager Nathan Coyle was unable to attend this meeting. City Clerk BessieJo Wagner
presented the materials regarding the Sewer Annexation. Materials: Postcard and Information
Card (http://www.mccallareawastewater.com)
Elect LOT Chair and Vice Chair
Commissioner Snodgrass offered to be Chair. Commissioner Wood offered to be Vice Chair.
Commissioner Eimers first moved to motion and Commissioner Petry second the motion. In a
voice all commissioners voted aye.
Meeting Calendar
City Clerk BessieJo Wagner shared some information on the LOT process and what the timeline
looked like.
The group agreed that May 22nd and 23`d would work best for the LOT Application Presentations
starting at 6:00 PM at McCall City Hall, Legion Hall. City Manager Nathan Coyle will be
present at the May 23`d meeting to explain how the City does their budget.
Announcements
There is an optional meeting for the commission to attend but required for the LOT Chair and
LOT Administrator, May 11th 5:30 PM City Council Meeting at McCall City Hall, Legion Hall.
