Board of Assessors
Minutes of Regular Meeting of October 19, 2021
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the
Hopkinton Town Hall, Lower Level. A Notice of Meeting was duly posted. The meeting was
called to order at 5:14 p.m. In attendance were Lesley Ficarri, Gunajit Medhi and Adam
Munroe, all members of the Board. Also attending were Renee Chen, Deputy Assessor and
Tim O'Leary, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Ficarri presided.
The Board reviewed and approved YTD bills payables in the amount of $38,692.27
The Board reviewed an assessors warrant to Collector on Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes of
$102.373.67
The Board approved the monthly report for September of 2021 for $55,127.40
The Board approve d a request from the Treasurer/Collector to Abate one personal property Bill
$407.35
The next board meeting was scheduled for November 16th at 5:30 PM
At 5:48 p.m., on a motion made and seconded, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn to
Executive Session to consider exemption applications and abatements and not to return to
Open Session at the conclusion of Executive Session. The vote was as follows: Le sley Ficarri –
aye, Adam Munroe -aye and Gunajit Medhi – aye.
