RESOLUTION APPROVING'PAYMENT TO LL PELLING FOR
$212 764 33 FOR PAY ESTIMATE #2
WHEREAS: `City Council awarded LL Pelling the contract for the 2013 CIP Paving'Projects.
WHEREAS: LL Pelling has now presented a partial payment for (38%) for the amount of
payment for $212,764.33. `
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor
and the City Administrator/Clerk to make payment on the estimate#2 and sign appropriate;
forms. But, adding the caveat of receiving an explanation of change order #2 in the amount of
$10,632.64 prior to any further payments being made.
At a regular meeting of City Council on the 10th'day of July 2013 Resolution 2013-132
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO LL PELLING,FOR $212,764.33 FOR PAY
ESTIMATE #2 was introduced by Councilperson Ryan and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: None.
.Absent: None.
WHEREUPON with: five votes for approval, Mayor Berner now declares Resolution 2013-132
RESOLUTION -APPROVING PAYMENT TO LL PELLING FOR $212,764.33 FOR PAY
ESTIMATE #2 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
Passed and approved this 16th day July of 2613.
