A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR
REZONING OF: TRACT #2 FROM 111C TO R4, TRACT #4 FROM R1 -A
TO R1 -C, TRACT #5 FROM RI -A TO R2 IN TIFFIN HEIGHTS
Whereas, The City has received a request to rezone portions of the Tiffin Heights to R4,
R1 -C and R2 zoning, and;
Whereas th&City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the rezoning is necessary
to build the desired development posed by MMS Consultants Inc.;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the
public hearing date for July 24, 2013 for the rezoning of the Tiffin Heights property.
On the 10th day of July, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-134, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING OF: TRACT #2 FROM R1 -C TO R4, TRACT #4
FROM R1 -A TO 111-C, TRACT #5 FROM R1 -A TO R2 IN TIFFIN HEIGHTS and made a motion
. for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: None
Absent: None
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared
that the Resolution No: 2013-134, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING FOR REZONING OF: TRACT #2 FROM R1 -C TO R4, TRACT #4 FROM RI -A TO
R1 -C; TRACT #5 FROM R1 -A TO R2 IN TIFFIN HEIGHTS TRACT41 FROM R2 TO R4,
TRACT #2 FROM R2 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City'Council on the 10th day of July, 2013. -
