GRANT OF EASEMENT
For value received BROWN'S TIE AND LUMBER COMPANY,
an Idaho Corporation, "Grantor" does hereby grant, bargain,
sell, and convey to the CITY OF McCALL, A Municipal Corporation
of the State of Idaho, "Grantee" an easement and right-of-way
for the purposes hereinafter provided, over and across that
certain real property more particulary described as follows:
An easement in Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 9,
T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M., Valley County, Idaho, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a one-half inch steel pin marking the
intersection of the centerlines of 3rd Street and Lake
Street as shown on the official plats of the City of
McCall, Idaho;
thence S.77°45'W., 40.00 feet to a point;
thence N.12°15'W., 90.00 feet to a point;
thence N.73°27'E., 44.00 feet to a point;
thence N.65°571E., 36.90 feet to a point;
thence N.12°15'W., 119.16 feet to the real point of
beginning;
thence N.42°42'E., 137.30 feet to a point;
thence N.16°34'E., 63.90 feet to a point;
thence N.37°21'W., 17.00 feet to a point;
thence N.32°45'E., 47.74 feet to a point;
thence S.77°29'E., 10.66 feet to a point;
thence S.32°45'W., 44.41 feet to a point;
thence S.37°21'E., 15.07 feet to a point;
thence S.16°34'W., 71.31 feet to a point;
thence 5.42°42'W., 146.64 feet to a point;
thence N.12°15'W., 12.22 feet to the real point
of beginning.
The easement and right-of-way hereby conveyed is
for the purpose of locating, establishing, constructing,
and maintaining over and across the above described real
property a pedestrian walkway and non -motorized vehicular
bike path together with the right-of-way and easement for
the benefit of the general public to utilize such easement
and right-of-way for pedestrian and non -motorized vehicular
traffic subject to the obligation of Grantee to repair and
maintain the same at its own cost and expense. The easement
described herein shall run with the land and shall be for
the benefit of the Grantee and the general public and shall
commmence on the execution hereof and continue perpetually.

This deed was from Brown's Tie and Lumber to the City of McCall; Instrument #130799.
It has come to my attention that when it was microfilmed here in our office it
was done incorrectly. I am trying to get this document back so that we may refilm
