A strip of land 32 feet wide, the center 16 feet of which
shall be a permanent easement and the remaining portion a
temporary easement for construction purposes, centered on the
following described centerline: Beginning at a point on the
northerly boundary of Tract A, Davis b6ach Tract, according
to the official plat thereof on file in the Valley County
Recorders office, Cascade, lddho, which bears westerly 142 feet
from the northeasterly corner of said Tract A, thence S 22°
231 W., 221.0 feet to a point, thence S 15° 481E., 39.0 feet
to a point on the southerly boundary line of said tract A.
