FOR VALUE RECEIVED, JAMES T. BOYDSTUN, Grantor, hereby
conveys and grants to the CITY OF MCCALL, an Idaho municipal
corporation, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 1065, McCall,
Idaho, an easement for public road and utilities over and across
certain real property situate in Valley County, Idaho and more
particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
