A roadway easement situate in the NWQ of the NE4 of Section 7, T.
18 N., R. 3 E., B.M., Valley County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a pipe marking the 4 Corner common to Sections
6 and 7, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M., Valley County, Idaho;
thence, S. 89° 51' 49" E., 41.35 feet along the line common to
said Sections 6 and 7 to a pipe on the westerly right-of-way
line of State Highway 55; thence, S. 36° 53' 00" E., 260.68
feet along said right-of-way to a 1" iron bar marking the
northeast corner of Ski Ranch Subdivision as shown on the
official plat thereof on file in the office of the Recorder of
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 1, Page 11 of plats, the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence, S. 00° 31' 54" W., 1,114.32 feet to a 5/8" rebar
marking the southeast corner of said Ski Ranch
Subdivision,
thence, S. 89° 51' 55" E., 30.00 feet,
thence, N. 00° 31' 54" E., 581.14 feet,
thence, N. 36° 53' 00" W., 36.70 feet,
thence, N. 53° 07' 00" E., 28.08 feet,
thence, N. 00° 31' 54" E., 447.55 feet to the southerly right-
of-way of State Highway 55,

Beginning, containing 0.742 acre, more or less.
