RELEASE OF TEMPORARY SANITARY SEWER
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT //

THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT, made this 23-"`iday of July,
1938, from the City of McCall, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of Idaho, P. 0: Box,1065, McCall, Idaho 83638, herein-
after the "City" , to Lake Reservoir Company, an Idaho corpora-
tion, Gary R. Hawkins and R. Gail Hawkins, husband and wife,
Jeffrey James Clemmer and Mary Ellen Clemmer, husband and
wife, Robert V. Williamson and Janet Williamson, husband and
wife, Wm. Peutz and River'' s Bend Condominium Association, Inc. ,
an Idaho Corporation,
W I T N E S S E T H :
WHEREAS, under and by vertue of certain Temporary Sanitary
Sewer Construction Easements, which easements are of record in
the office of the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, under the
instrument numbers set forth opposite the respective names of
the Grantors, to-wit:

all of which easements are hereby referred to and made a part
hereof, the Grantors granted to the City a temporary easement
therein described for the replacement and reconstruction of a
main sewer line, which replacement and construction of such main
sewer line has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of said temporary
sewer construction easement described above, notice is hereby
given that such reconstruction and replacement of said main
sewer line is complete and the temporary sanitary sewer con-
' struction easement granted to the City in the recorded documents
above described, reverts to the original ten foot (10' ) wide
permanent easement from Boise Payette Company, a Delaware
Corporation, to the City dated August 18, 1937 , recorded
September 2, 1937, in the office of the Recorder of Valley
County, Idaho, as Instrument No. 22852, in Book 5 of Miscel-
laneous Records, at page 423.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of McCall, a municipal
corporation of the State of Idaho, has caused this instrument
to be executed by its Mayor and attested by its Clerk the day
and year first above written.

On this day of July, 1988 , before me the under-
signed Notary Public in and for said State, personally appeared
