THIS INDENTURE, Made this 15th day Of July, 1983 , by
and between RIO VISTA, - INC. , an .Idaho corporation, the party
of the first part, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, and the
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, a municipal corporation, P. O. Box
1065, McCall, Idaho 83638, the party of the second part, here-
inafter called the GRANTEE, .

That the GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1. 00) and other valuable consideration, to it
in hand paid by the GRANTEE, the .receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does by .these presents remise, release and for

This grant shall be effective as long as said easement
shall be actually used for the purposes above specified, and
all. right hereunder granted . shall revert to the owners of the
land. when saiC use shall have been abandoned and discontinued
