MINUTES PLUMBING BOARD OF REVIEW & EXAMINERS July 26, 2017 MEMBERS PRESENT Jerry Raithel David Wright Gary Michel Larry Burkhardt, Building Official Richard Hunt, Plumbing Inspector MEMBERS ABSENT Michael Engelbrecht VISITOR Brent Haas, American Water COUNCIL LIAISON - ABSENT Ron Fitzwater CALL TO ORDER The Plumbing Board of Review & Examiners met July 26, 2017, in the Small Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Richard Hunt at 4:20 p.m. A quorum was present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MAY 169 2017 MEETING A motion was made by Jerry Raithel and seconded by David Wright to approve the minutes of the May 16, 2017 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. REVIEW APPLICANTS Stacy Stout submitted his application for a Master license. He currently holds multiple Master licenses in other parts of Missouri, including Columbia. The Plumbing Board accepted his request and a Jefferson City Master License will be issued. OLD BUSINESS The Plumbing Board reviewed the last draft amending the City Plumbing Code. A motion was made by Jerry Raithel and seconded by Gary Michel to accept this draft and to send it on to the City Council for a vote on August 17, 2017. NEW BUSINESS There was none. ADJOURNMENT With no further business Gary Michel moved and Jerry Raithel seconded to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Richard Hunt
