2012 CHARITABLE AD HOC COMMITTEE REPORT
SEPTEMBER 11, 2012
The 2012 Charitable Ad Hoc Committee met on June 11th, June 18th, July 30th, August
6th and August 27th to discuss applications/proposals received by the Committee. Mr.
Tracy was asked to provide information to the Committee regarding previous awards and
proposals/applications.
On August 27th, the committee was provided a presentation by Michelle Moon, a
Planning Department intern on health and wellness issues. The Committee reviewed the
applications/proposals and discussed at length award amounts. After a number of
adjustments to the award amounts, the Committee unanimously voted to present their
recommendations to the full Town Council at its September 11th meeting.
